I used to visit this place in the very early 70's when I was a kid. We used to come down here every summer and stay at the Hemisphere Apartments which are a short walk from the water tower. I miss those days very much. It was nice to come back and see it all again. Enjoy!

Update: Check out the coordinates on Google Earth and zoom in tight. You will be able to see the top of the tower...it is VERY noticeable!
