Henry's is a route 66 landmark - easy to spot with its giant hotdog sign with neon lettering. I was hoping to stop and sample the dogs, however, we passed by early in the morning. I've seen pictures of the sign fully lit, so I know that it still works. This one is a great piece of roadside history.
