The Bel-Aire Motel neon sign features a giant red arrow that blinks on and off. The background of the sign could use a paint touch-up job, but it's certainly still readable. The Bel-Aire looked to be on the nicer side judging from the outside. It's also one of the closest motels to the airport, not that you could fly into it on any commercial airline though.
