This benchmark is located about 14 miles north of Lakeview on the west side of U.S. Hwy 395 at the Dick Creek Road Junction. The cap is set in a concrete post, 55 feet west of the highway centerline and about 70 feet north of centerline of Dick Creek Road. . The benchmark was set by the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey in 1942 and was stamped P375.
