This rails to trails is completely located within the city limits of Oswego and starts at the corner of Oneida Street and West First Street, and ends at East Schuyler Street near Fort Ontario. It traverses over a long bridge over the Oswego River, crosses East 1st Street, passes through a long curving tunnel, which goes under several large and old city structures, and comes back out on Bridge Street. After crossing Bridge Street, it travels on, crossing several side streets, and ends at Schuyler Street. It is a well maintained rails to trails pathway.
