The view from this overlook is of what used to be one of the most secret areas in the world, "The Secret City" of Oak Ridge Tennessee. Oak Ridge is where the US government did most of their nuclear research during the 1940s. Today most of the city is open to the public including most of where the government did their top secret work but there are still a few of those off limits areas.
