DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1948 AT DICKSON. AT DICKSON, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTHEAST FACE AT THE SOUTH CORNER OF THE POST OFFICE BUILDING, IN THE FACE OF THE STONE WATER TABLE, 1.3 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE CORNER AND 1.5 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
