This is the Tacoma Fallen Firefighters Memorial, located along Ruston Way on the Tacoma, Washington waterfront.

The site is in front of the waterfront firehouse & fireboat station. The memorial presently has 15 names on individual plaques behind a bronze statue of three firefighters, titled Fully Involved by sculptor Larry Perkins. There are also 4 other plaques detailing the memorial.
The paving around the memorial is done with brick engraved with the names of donors that contributed to the building of the memorial. Thanks for giving me a reason to be aware of such memorials. Although I don't personally know any firefighters, as a former reserve police officer, and having several family members who are in law enforcement this is a touching location to be aware of. Maybe someone will start one for fallen police officers.
