DESCRIBED BY OCS 2003 - FOUND 3 3\4" OCS ALUMINUM BENCHMARK DISK STAMPED "3JJ-16-90", SET IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF A 4.5 FT. BY 22 FT. CONCRETE CATCH BASIN. MONUMENT IS LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF LAKE FOREST DRIVE, 100 FT. SOUTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF STERLING DRIVE AND 47 FT. EASTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF LAKE FOREST DRIVE. MONUMENT IS SET LEVEL WITH THE SIDEWALK.
