This benchmark is located at the southwest corner of the Main and Mill Streets. It is in the concrete sidewalk near the north post of the sign for the Len Babb Saddle Co. and the Paisley Branch Library. The benchmark was set the by Oregon State Highway Department in 1939 and was stamped U276 and 4368.9 feet. Benchmark cap is in good condition but the sidewalk is badly cracked.
