Pocatello PD serves the city of Pocatello in multiple capacities - it protects its citizens with its Patrol & Detectives divisions; keeps the children out of harms way with their School Resource Officer Program & DARE campaign; and keeps safe the young minds attending Idaho State University. Keeping the safety of over 53,000 residents and 13,000 part-time residents keeps this department quite busy.
They currently share space with other City Government in the Pocatello City Hall - stop in and say hi!

I have had NO problems with taking photos of Police stations but please respect the fact that some services may be nervous about having their photo taken and inquire as to why... I have found that once things are explained they are more than happy to let me photograph the building, crest, chief... (they are people too!)
