The Fulton Car wash is only a few years old and is the only car wash on the East side of the city. They have 3 do it yourself bays and 2 automatic wash bays too. There is coin and bill changers for the do it yourself folks, and the automatic wash machines also give back change. There are two commercial vacuum cleaners on the opposite side of the entrance waiting area. A nice location with easy in and out access.
