Laggan Station was built in the Rocky Mountains as a stop that would entice the tourists to help make the rail line pay for itself.
Laggan Station was built in 1890 in the alpine resort of Lake Louise, Alberta. It still conveys the woodsy charm and comfort that tourists quickly came to associate with the Rock Mountains.
