Little Manhattan, Illinois creates the pun of "Time Square" by installing this freestanding clock at the main intersection of town.
Because the intersection is not typical with a T-intersection in the middle of a big, sweeping curve, a wide visual triangle towards the south for westbound drivers are needed to see northnound traffic. The low landscaping and narrow clock base provide a scene pleasing to the eye, even if you passing it by at 35 miles per hour.
