This is the river confluence of the Little Duck River (AKA Big Camp Fork of Duck River) and the Big Duck River (AKA Barren Fork of Duck River). It occurs on the south western side of Old Stone Fort State Park.
The coordinates are taken just north of the confluence on the bank. Starting at the Visitors Center, take the trail on the west side of the big field. Then take the River Forks trail from the main trail to get to the confluence.
