The listed coordinates are for the western entrance. LaSalle Street Station is a little difficult to find since it is tucked behind the "One Finanicial Place" Building.
The facilities are a little spartian with small bathrooms and no drinking fountain. The snack kiosk is open during the major commute times, but it is the only one in the station.
The ticketing agents are normally friendly and always helpful and knowledgable.
