Artist Statement: I often find myself assigning of the word 'revisited' or '#3', '5' or '7' as a subtitle to many of my pieces. "Unidentified Icon #3" is just such a piece. I recognized a number of reoccuring shapes, themes and oppositions through the enirety of the work. I just don't always recognize what it all means or where it comes from.
