The Old Forge covered bridge commemorates the centennial for the New York State Forest Preserve (1885-1985). It is dedicated to the people of the state of New York.
Current Condition of Bridge: Excellent
 Description of Covered Bridge: The bridge is for use by pedestrians only. It connects the municipal parking lot on the north with a paved path on the south, which leads to a sand beach. It spans the middle branch of the Moose River.
