[FR] Le parc de la Montagne des Singes est un des parcs les plus connus d'Alsace. La fréquentation touristique est forte et attire aussi bien des Alsaciens que des gens d'autres régions, voire d'autres pays.
L'intérêt du parc réside dans le fait que les animaux évoluent autour de vous, sans qu'il soient enfermés dans des cages.
A l'arrivée, sitôt passé la porte grillagée où vous sont dispensés les consignes à suivre dans le parc, vous sont distribués quelques pop-corn à distribuer aux singes.
Ces derniers attendent d'ailleurs les visiteurs et se servent directement dans les mains qui leurs sont tendues.
Le visiteur évolue dans une forêt de 24 ha le long d'un parcours jalonné de panneaux explicatifs où vous découvrez l'essentiel de la vie du Magot, autre nom du Macaque de Barbarie.
Dans le parc se trouvent des endroits où les animaux sont nourris à heure fixe. Pendant le nourrissage, les animateurs du parc vous donnent quelques infos pour comprendre ces animaux ô combien captivants.
A la fin du parcours, vous avez accès à d'autres panneaux explicatifs qui vous permettent d'en savoir plus sur les Magots.
[ENG] The Monkey Mountain park is one of the most known parks of Alsace. The tourist frequentation is strong and attracts the Alsatian ones as well as people of other areas, even of other countries.
The interest of the park lies in the fact that animals move around you, without being locked up in cages.
On arrival, as soon as last the latticed door where are explained to you the instructions to be followed in the park, are distributed to you some popcorns for the monkeys.
The visitor moves in a forest of 24 ha along a marked out course of explanatory panels where you discover the essence of the life of the monkeys.
In the park there are places where animals are nourished at fixed hour. During the feeding, the organizers of the park give you some infos to understand these animals how much captivating.
At the end of the course, you have access to other explanatory panels which give you more detailed explanations.
