This is the neon sign designating the location of the actual Chattanooga Choo Choo. The building it is mounted on is the old Chattanooga Rail Terminal now converted into a hotel called The Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel. Passenger cars are lined up on the tracks and are serving as converted hotel rooms. There is even a real working steam engine that takes trips from this location.
