This spot gives a great view of North Chattanooga and the Walnut St Bridge. It is especially beautiful at night. The coordinates were taken from the highest point you can access without entering the building, however, the spot just under the overhang is very good too. It free to see this view 24 hours a day. Enjoy the sculptors in the area while you are there. Parking is nearby unless events are going on. Then parking may be quite a ways off, but walking the town to get to this point is just as great as the view.
