This marker can be found on the Philip Ranch south east of Hays Ks.
To reach it, go east of Hays on old US 40 to 300 Ave. Turn south and drive another 4 1/2 miles. You will cross a cattle guard and enter some open range on the way to the marker. The marker itself will be on the west side of the road and if you look to the west, you can see the trees along Big Creek. The actual station is behind those trees.
The landowner lives in the large limestone house you can see to the south. This is a working ranch but if you are lucky, you may get a chance to tell them hi. The maker is in excellent condition. One thing to keep in mind about the markers, if you look at the top of the stone you will see a groove files in that shows the direction the trail travels from that point.
