The Cook House was constructed in 1825 and is a T-shaped structure.
The Cook House was constructed of red brick, and is one of the few remaining buildings in Wood County directly linked with the settlement period. Moreover, the Cook House ownership has been by the same family since its construction in 1825 to the present.
With the exception of minor changes to the Cook House, it remains the same as when it was constructed.
