MARTA STATE 1, Control Survey disc located in the sidewalk on the west side of Courtland Street north of the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Drive near the State Capitol. It is a standard disc set on the sidewalk and stamped MARTA STATE 1, Control Survey. The disc is located on the west side of the bridge across the Rail Road and MARTA tracks and just above the roof of the old Georgia RR Depot building at Underground Atlanta.
