This carousel built by Charles W. Parker in 1912 can be found at the Crossroads Village in Flint, MI. At the time it was built, the C.W. Parker out of Leavenworth, KS. was the largest builder of amuzement devises.

Crossroads Village is a walk into history courtesy of Genesee County Parks.

See the hours and rates webpage, there's a lot to see and do there, so the rates are a bit too complicated to list. Basically though, it's about $1.50 to ride the carousel, once you've entered the park.
