This is a natural cave formed by granite boulders. At the time of my visit there was a cache and a letterbox inside the cave.
The legend with this cave goes something like this, a member of the Elford Family who were at the time a prominent local family hid in the cave from the roundheads who were chasing him in the Civil War. The cave is difficult to find because of obscuring boulders.
