This fountain can be found on the square in Mt. Vernon, Ohio among some Ohio Historical Markers, and war/veteran memorials. The square is also used every Saturday for a very nice farm market.

The fountain itself it very ornate. It's carved with various birds, frogs, sea horses, plants, and other elements. It consists of 3 tiers with water shooting straight up a little out of the top. It flows into each tier before collecting in the concrete basin at the bottom.
