According to the faded sticker on the sign this one is located in the basement of the Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association in downtown Sidney, Ohio.

Unfortunately the capacity is no longer legible on this sign. As mentioned in the short description the sign is located on the side of the Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association. An additional sticker at the bottom of the sign states "basement." The building itself is very much worth a visit for its beautiful and unique architecture.
