This piece created a stir when it was erected as Chicagoans doubted its merit. Located in the Richard J. Daley Plaza. Depending on where you stand it is mounted with the head of a woman or of a hound dog.

Chicago is home to many famous public art pieces, most famous being this sculpture by Picasso. It sits in the center of Daley Plaza and is always surrounded with activity.
The plaza has had a couple movies filmed here, and one - The Blues Brothers - involved a car chase past this VERY valuable sculpture. I wonder how the director talked the city into that.
The sculpture is located in a public plaza and is free to view at anytime.
