This bell is mounted in a wooden structure and is located in front
of the Village of Mexico, New York Fire Department building. If the
date in the bell reflects when it was made, it says: The Jones Troy
Bell Foundry Company, Troy, NY. 1886. The bell appears to be in
really good condition, although I don't know if it ever gets rung.
