Wyalusing State Park is located high on the bluffs at the confluence of the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers. It consists of 2,628 acres of hardwood forests, pine plantations, bluffs, springs, waterfalls, wetlands, and backwaters.

The park is listed as a National Natural Landmark for its native hardwood forests, and is also home to a diverse population of animals.

Background:
