The family cemetery and the house are located just east of a Geogia Historical marker (# GHM 044-12). The marker is on the east side of Peachtree Rd between N. Druid Hills Rd. and Colonial Dr. and is a short walk from the Brookhaven MARTA station. There is a monument to Emily Goodwin located in the N.E. corner of the graveyard. The dates on this monument are April 15, 1814 to May 14, 1892.
