The Municipal Courts Building, Thirteenth and Fourteenth St.,  on Market St., is a three-story Bedford-stone structure in a modified classic design.  Completed in 1911, it houses the municipal courts and some of the city offices.  At the rear are the city jail and juvenile court buildings.

With the completion of the Eagleton Federal Courthouse in 2000, the municipal courts were moved to a vacated courthouse.  The Municipal Courts Building is vacant awaiting a final dispositionThe city jail and juvenile court building have been demolished and removed
