This carousel was purchased from Croop's Glen Park in Hunlock Creek, PA by Lawerence Knoebel in 1948 and was used at local fairs & carnivals until sold in 1950. It was repurchased by the park and installed as a permanent attraction in 1976. It is located in the section of the park dedicated to the 'younger folks'& contains 28 horses carved in 1912 by Solomon Stein & Harry Goldstein of Brooklyn, NY.
