1914. Classical Revival and Beaux-Arts Classical elements. Francis Kennard, architect. 3 stories, brick, 2-story front portico with twin concrete columns with ornate capitals. Plant City's first and oldest successful bank. Organized in 1902. The architect, Francis Kennard, from England, designed several notable buildings in the Tampa Bay area.
