This clock is located in Murphysboro, Illinois on the sight of the Sallie Logan Public Library on Walnut Street. The clock had stood at Wolff Bros. Jewelers until the 1970's. It operates from an electric motor in the base. The clock is maintained by the Murphysboro Apple Festival Committee.
The original mechanical workings were replaced by electric workings in 2003. The clock was installed in either 1911 or the 1920's based on conflicting newspaper accounts.
The clock was made by the Brown Street Clock Company and believed to be a model 13400.
