This carousel was carved in 1912 by Charles Carmel and was purchased & moved to it's present location by Knoebels in 1941. According to the nearby sign, it is one of the largest remaining carousels in the US. The carousel also contains a number of amusing 'old-fashioned' cartoon-style drawings which adorn panels along the inside of the ride.
