In 1919, Mr. Wallace laid to rest his wife's horses just prior to her passing in 1920. Maud and Mollie were like their children. Later another horse given to Mr. Wallace was buried along with them. Mr. Wallace left provisions in his will for this area to be taken care of upon his demise in 1929.
