Setting: set into the top of a square concrete monument
Stability: May hold, but of type commonly subject to surface motion.
East Exchange Street is interrupted by an elevation change where the old meat packing plants were. There's a small switchback for vehicles to use to get up the hill, and there's a wide staircase that leads up as well. The survey mark is in the grass to the south of the top of the staircase.
