Pasek Cellars Winery produces about 15,000 cases of wines from NorthWest Grapes, and both NorthWest and Tropical fruits. It is open every day for free tasting and sales, from 11 AM - 5 PM. It's just west of I 5 at exit 221. This location is technically just a tasting room. The production part of the winery is located nearby, but is not open to the public.
