This site is publicly owned and operated as an outdoor recreational site. The land was purchased with funds from The Florida Communities Trust Preservation 2000 Program and the City of Gulfport.

In this peaceful park, located adjacent to Williams Pier, at the corner of 54th Street and Shore Boulevard South, you will find a flag memorial representing each branch of the Military. The landscaping was designed with all native, salt tolerant vegetation. Stroll the sidewalk path to the covered observation deck that overlooks beautiful Boca Ciega Bay.
