Quick Description: Added to the Houston skyline in 1984 was the post-modern headquarters of Continental Airlines, designed by Morris*Aubry Architects. The sharp angles create optical illusions, making the 732-ft. skyscraper seem one-dimensional when viewed from the south.

Long Description:
The massive limestone plaza in front of the building may seem uninviting at first, but if you look around, you will notice several hidden pockets of green, including fountains and sculptures. The top of the building is lit-up at night with the blue Continental logo. Don’t miss the rolled up sidewalks at the northern end of the plaza.
