The Niagara Falls Observation Tower is a reverse observation tower, in that you enter at the top and have the ability to go down. At the top, a large observation platform allows you to walk out over the Niagara Gorge to see some amazing views of the American Falls portion of Niagara Falls, the Niagara Gorge and the Niagara Falls, Canada skyline. The elevators to the bottom allow you to get within feet of the base of the falls

Height of Look-Out Tower in feet: 282.00 Difficulty: Opening times and fees: Fees to go out on the platform and down the elevator are $1 for people age 6 and up, free for young children. The tower is open in the spring, summer, and fall. There is limited free on-street parking on various city streets, otherwise parking in the Niagara Falls State Park parking lot will cost $10.
