[FR] Cette croix en grès rose de 1756 mesure 2,25 mètres. Sa niche fermée par une grille forgée aurait abrité la plus ancienne statuette de la région. Toutefois, lors de ma visite, je n'ai pu que constater qu'elle n'était plus en place... La partie allant de la base jusqu'à la niche est la plus ancienne. Le Christ en croix est plus récent ; la forme de ses bras (en "V") est caractéristique de la tradition de la Renaissance. L'inscription placée sur le fût indique que la croix a été élevée à la demande d'André Lehmann et Brigitte Dossmann. [ENG] This pink sandstone cross of 1756 measures 2.25 meters (7.38 feet). Its niche closed by a forged grid would have sheltered the oldest statuette of the area. However, at the time of my visit, I could only note that it was not any more in place… The part going of the base until the niche is oldest. Christ in cross is more recent; the shape of its arms (in “V”) is characteristic of the tradition of the Rebirth. The inscription placed on the shaft indicates that the cross was established at the request of Andre Lehmann and Brigitte Dossmann.
