Annie: Our Dog - Animal Memorials on Waymarking.com

Annie, a mixed-breed dog found by railroad company employees in 1934, was a prominent fixture at the Colorado & Southern Railway for 14 years. Her self-appointed job was to meet trains and greet the passengers. After her death in 1948, train crew members built a monument to mark the grave of the station's beloved mascot. Annie's Grave Site is a designated local historic landmark.
