Long Description:
This mark is a Massachusetts DPW disk. It is in the MHD database with PID 10257, and is described as:

"Billerica Center, at the Main entrance to Howe High School on Boston Road, set in top of the buttress on the north side of the steps."

This should be amended, as Howe High School is now Billerica Town Hall, and has been since 1989.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
