Old Stone Jail, Mercer, PA - Retired Prisons on Waymarking.com

I actually had a temp service interview here once and got to see the inside. A big iron wall with big bolts tells of its jailhouse past. What an odd siding for offices! I am not sure when it was built, but for now I will say the late 1700's or early 1800 up to 1830. I'll try to find out.
