Munnel Run Windmill - Windmills on Waymarking.com

This windmill is down a little road behind a retirement home. I don't think the occasional "drop-in" visitor would be a problem during the day, just state your purpose if anyone asks. The Munnel Run Farm is an ongoing project experimenting in "green" ways of farming, including using this windmill to generate a certain number of kilowats onto the local grid. It was erected in October of 2006. The manager of the farm was kind enough to give us some information and a short tour. There may be the possibility of some geocaches planted on the farm to attract some new visitors.
