DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1972 (JCL) THE STATION IS THE ORNAMENT ATOP AND CENTER OF THE CUPOLA OF THE RUTLAND BUILDING. THE CUPOLA IS TAN WITH A GREEN ROOF AND APPROXIMATELY 130 FEET HIGH. LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN ST. PETERSBURG, IN THE NORTHWEST ANGLE OF THE INTERSECTION OF CENTRAL AVENUE AND 4TH STREET.
