Another one of my Fav. Fishing Places on Kish Creek. This spot is located off 655 on Spring Run Rd. you will come to a small bridge. Here the creek is semi-shallow, but the trout are everywere. This place is stocked with Brook, Brown and Rainbow trout several times a year. go to PA Fish and Boat commisions website to find out when. The last several times I was here I caught my limit on Nymphs. I have had great luck on waxworms and redworms also.
Recommended tackle: Flyfishing, Ultralight-Light Trout fishing tackel
Recommended fishing methods: Dyflies/wetflies/nymphs, The hatch comes off sooner here than it does down stream. Dead drift waxworms or try a black or white spinner. bring your Hip Waders!
